How does my right of withdrawal work?
Do you want to return (part of) your order?
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the order.
For returns, you can use the European model withdrawal form.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you can also use the model withdrawal form. But you are not obliged to do so. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your notice regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period of 14 days has expired.
If you withdraw the agreement, you will get a refund of all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs, from us without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw the agreement.
If you only return part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will pay with the same payment method you made the original transaction with. No costs will be charged for this of course. We have the right to wait with the refund until we have received the goods, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever date comes first.
You must return the goods without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you decide to withdraw from the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are for your own account.
You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the characteristics and functioning of the goods. Excluded from the right of withdrawal are products of which the seal has been broken after delivery. For reasons of health protection, these products are not suitable for return if the seal is broken
Can I return ordered products?
Products that you have ordered from us, undamaged and in the original packaging (if reasonably possible), can be returned within 14 days on receipt. You can contact our customer service to report your return. You will then receive the necessary return information from one of our employees. The return costs are for your own account. You are only liable for the depreciation of the products resulting from the use of the products, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Excluded from the right of withdrawal are products whose seal has been broken after delivery. For reasons of health protection, these products are not suitable for return if the seal is broken
Note: The return costs are not reimbursed for both pre-registered returns and non-pre-registered returns.
What return period do you use?
We have a 14 day return policy. This means that you have 14 days from the moment of receipt to contact our customer service. One of our employees will provide you with the information needed to return your order to us.
